Pranayama for Autumn

In this 30-minute breathwork practice, we explore the Metal Element through the Lung Pound sequence - a must for immunity as well as the blues, and a slow deep Viloma (interrupted breathing) sequence.

Together these breathing techniques light us up under the skin, allowing the bustle of the external world to fall into background noise, and the Light Body to step forward in grace.

This practice is suitable for practitioners of all levels.
