Yoga and Pranayama for the WOOD Element: | Untangling the Wire

This class offers a deep unravelling of all the places the body collects and stores tension through the side panels and lateral aspects with the added bonus of an invitation to Sirsasana (headstand) towards the end of the asana set.

Pranayama in this sequence is softer with a sequence comprising Nadi Shodhana (alternating nostril breath) and Pratiloma (extended inhalation)

This practice is suitable for beginners with variations given for those new or seeking variations for headstands.
