Yoga and Pranayama for the WATER Element: Back Bending Practice

Now that we are in the late Winter cycle we can harness the power that comes with true alignment in the signature Winter postures of back bends and forward folds.

The result is a powerful opening of the chest and shoulders and, in line with the Imbolc energies, a rekindling of the coal of the Heart.

Pranayama includes a practice of Agni Sari (alternating bellows breath)
