Yoga and Pranayama for the METAL Element: | Shoulders

Metal requires us to sharpen the sword of discernment, to reclaim the parts of ourselves that are sovereign and to have the tools to let the rest go.

A shoulder-focused practice is followed by a pranayama practice for the release and unwinding of the Metal Element as a whole.

25-minute pranayama / Breathwork practice includes Kaphlabhakti and nauli techniques.

The harvest of the inner garden is the work.
This class assumes some yoga experience.
