This practice brings a strong glute sequence in to support the hips to open more fully and securely to Autumn's descending requirements.
Breathwork includes Agni Sari (alternating bellows breath) as a sequence to bring the Light Body to the surface and into our peripheral spaces as we polish it with an Anuloma practice (extended exhalation).
Weightless formless and still.
