Yoga and Pranayama for the METAL Element: Refinement

This class takes another step towards winter with a nod to the kidney bladder channels which means a solid lower back/spinal awareness and a little buttock strength.

At this late-season stage, we are the closest to the purity and refinement of Autumns Metal as we may be for the cycle.

A perfect time to go deep and listen in.

Breathing practice includes lung pounding and an alternate nostril version of Kaphlabhakti (bellow breath) with a focus on breath holds.

This practice assumes some asana and pranayama knowledge.
