This class begins the work at the sole of the foot and the physical location of the all-important point Kidney 1 point and takes us on an ascending journey to the Hara via a series of pranayama techniques (Kaphlabhakti, extended external retentions, and the dripping honey of the Bhramari )
Waters Rising allows us an opportunity to hydrate the energetics, liquify the hard outer edges, and find solace and sanctury in the silent deep.
