Pranayama for Spring

Grounding the season.

In this pranayama practice, we endeavour to assist the work of Springs Wood Element with a steadying practice. Smoothing the edges of Spring where it can fray with urgency in its desire to move and grow.

Pranayama is a powerful way to quickly and efficiently find re-set when life feels like you’ve had too much coffee.

Breathwork includes Ujjai (victorious breath), Sama Vritti (square breath) and a variation on Pratyloma (extended inhalation) punctuated by retentions and integrations.

This practice is suitable for all levels of students with space given for each to find their own pace and depth accordingly.

I hope this meets you exactly where you need it most.
