Solar Pranayama

This 30 minute pranayama practice begins with attention to the seat or the Earth of the process before launching skywards and into the solar codes. At a time of increased solar activity a practice like this will help to ground and assimilate the light codes quickly and efficiently.

This class includes an Agni Sari or alternating bellows breath sequence combined with breath holds and acute obsveration of the Light Body. We conclude with a soft nurturing Auloma or extended exhalation practice to bring about a beautiful start to your meditation practice, or your day, as the case may be.
